| Abstract: | From the angle of geomantic notions, this article explores the layout planning, the architectural construction and the builing techniques of ancient Huizhou residential building during the period of Ming and Qing dynasties. Taking the advantage of geomantic theories, these building have achieved unique, artistic regional architectural characteristics in the aspects of functions. aestheticism and technilogy. |
