台州府城墙突出普遍价值及军事遗产类型研究

在历史研究的基础上,认为台州府城墙符合世界遗产标准的第Ⅱ、Ⅳ条,并对突出普遍价值进行综述。按照地域、功能、文化等标准,将《世界遗产名录》中的军事遗产分为边墙、城墙、城堡、要塞和军事基地五种类型,并与台州府城墙进行比较研究。最终,对台州府城墙申报世界遗产的优势和劣势进行分析并提出策略。

A Study on the OUV of the City Wall in Taizhou and the Types of Military Properties

Based on historical research,the City Wall in Taizhou is in line with the World Heritage Criteria II and IV.Its Outstanding Universal Value（OUV） is demonstrated in the paper.According to differences in area,function,culture and etc,military heritage sites on the World Heritage List are divided into five categories：border wall,city wall,castle,fortress,and military base.A comparative study with the City Wall in Taizhou is then carried out.Finally,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the City Wall for its application for World Heritage and puts forward some practical strategies.
