我国县域经济系统动态演变机制及时空演化结构和规律

县域是我国社会经济基本单元。县域经济系统的发展是人类社会政治、经济、文化、技术等要素综合作用的结果,在系统时空演化过程中,其机理表现为一系列的综合机制:动力机制、互动机制、变异机制。县域经济系统按照条件、资源等要素的地域分异和组合特征及经济发展水平特征可以划分为三种基本产业结构地域类型:资源开发型、资源开发与加工并重型、工贸型等。同时在空间上相应地呈现出单核型、双核型、群核型或单核复合型等三种空间结构地域类型;在阶段上相应体现出传统阶段、发展阶段、一体化阶段的特征与表现。从总体上来说,本文揭示了我国县域经济系统城乡一体化的客观趋势。

STUDY ON DYNAMIC EVOLUTIONAL MECHANISM AND SPATIAL-TEMPORAL EVOLUTIONAL STRUCTURES AND RULE OF COUNTY REGIONAL ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN CHINA

County region is a basic socioeconomic unit in China. County regional economy is located in primary layer in the national economic system of our country and in a various one as well. The development of county regional economy system is a product of comprehensive interaction between political, economical, cultural and technological factors, and so on, of human society. In the course of spatial temporal evolution, the developmental mechanisms of county regional economy system consist of a series of comprehensive ones such as dynamic one, interpenetration one and variation one. Among them, dynamical one is primary, interpenetration one is a necessary condition of attaining stable and orderly situation, variation one is a mighty of promoting coordination and evolution in the process of county regional economy system. According to characteristics of regional differences and constitution on conditions and resources factors and developmental level of its economy, county regional economical system has mainly three industrial structure region types, namely resource development, layment equal stress on both resource development and processing, processing one. At the same time, it is exposed correspondingly to three space structure region types such as single center, double ones, group ones or compound single one in the process of space evolution; and it is accordingly embodied some features and expression such as traditional period, development one, an organic whole of urban and rural one in the course of developmental period. As a whole, the paper brings to light the objective trend to an organic whole of urban and rural governing the development of the county region economic system in China.
