| Abstract: | An international conference on the Ethnic Chinese abroad was held by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing between Nov.15-16, 2002. The conference has reached great achievements. This article is a review on the conference, combining with author's considerations on the current overseas Chinese studies in China. |
