| 摘 要： | 伪满洲国统制金融是伪满洲国史、伪满洲国统制经济研究中不可或缺的一环，本文着重考察1937年至1941年，即伪满洲国第一次产业开发政策执行期间的金融统制问题。具体从伪满洲国第一次产业开发政策与资金需求、强化金融机构统制、加强对一般企业资金统制以及强迫资金供给等四方面进行分析。
