| Abstract: | Innovation is the basic principle of social scientific studying.The quantifying management in the current system of scientific studying management is absurd to the internal regularity of social science development,it makes the phenomena of academic corruption to expand.To change the ethos that emphasizing quantity but disregarding quality have to build scientific and perfect assessment system and assessment standard of social science achievement. |
