| 摘 要： | 封建专制时代辅佐国君总理国家政务的官员宰相，是没有独立大权的。历朝国君都要控制宰相的权力，致使宰相制度多变与不稳，历朝宰相职务及权限，也各有不同，变化不定。变化频、无定职是中国宰相制度的一个极醒目的特征。

| Abstract: | Prime Minister(in society of ancient times ),who assisted emperor to administer state affair in fedual autocratic times,had no nidependent rights.Emperors in every dynasty alway controlled the right of Prime Minster's .So the system of Prime Minister was changed easily and unsteadily.Its post and scrope of right to different dynasties were also different and varied.Frequently changing and having no stable post were the most remarkable characteris for the system of ancient Chinese Prime Minister. |
