| 摘 要： | 由草原文化与农业文化交流融合而培育出来的一代女杰承天太后，积极实施汉化政策。她没有停留在建章立制的层面上，而是着眼于推进契丹社会封建化的长远战略。这一战略主要体现在两个方面：一是对圣宗皇帝的儒化教育，二是对官僚队伍的儒化建设。

| Abstract: | Brought up in a fusion of grassland culture and agricultural culture, Empress Dowager of Chengtian carried out Han policies actively. She didn't stop on the surface of the establishment of rules and regulations but focused her attention on the long range strategies to advance the feudalization of the Khitan society. Her strategies are mainly shown in two respects: educating Emperor Shengzong with Confucian thought and building the officialdom with Confucian style. |
