| 摘 要： | 本文认为沈尹氏可能出自楚穆王,是楚王族析出的一支小宗世族;沈尹为楚官职,主管宗庙祭祀和贞卜;沈尹氏因其祖沈尹子桱官沈尹一职而得氏,始封时间约在前六世纪上半叶。

Originally, Shenyin is the name of official position in charge of sacrifice and divination in Chu state.
