Computer programs for population projections

A review of recent computer programs that have become available for making population projections is presented. The review concentrates on the two programs DEMO-GRAPHICS, developed by the Population Dynamics Group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and FIVFIV/SINSIN, developed by the Population Council of New York.
