A Survey of Profit Distribution of Primary Agricultural Production Cooperatives in Southwest China During the Agricultural Cooperative Period

The profit distribution of primary agricultural production cooperatives is an important symbol of fully presenting the nature and superiority of the cooperatives.During the agricultural cooperative period,according to the guiding spirit of the Central Government on the profit distribution of the primary cooperatives and the reality of areas with many ethnic groups,the southwest China adhered to the principles of taking less and distributing more and paying according to work and national unity,correctly handled the relationship between cooperatives and members,worked hard to improve the proportion of labor distribution of the primary cooperatives and promoted the further development of mutual cooperation movement.The establishment process of land and labor distribution ratio and its changing trend determined the scale and direction of the development of primary social production,which is of great significance to further understand the process of cooperation.
