| 摘 要： | 本文选取首届亚洲能源论坛秘书处作为案例,运用社会网络方法,通过档案法和深度半结构访谈法获得数据,从整体视角研究会议筹办机构内部信息沟通结构的特点。研究发现,会议筹办机构内部的信息沟通结构具有开放性和实时性,其信息沟通结构的规模与组成模式存在阶段性变化,而且愈临近会期,结构成员愈加紧密地围绕着核心成员和部门进行更频繁的沟通合作。

| Abstract: | This paper takes Secretariat of Asia Energy Forum 2009 as a case in point and applies social network theory to analyze the internal communication structure of a convention preparatory organization.The study shows that the internal communication structure of a convention preparatory organization changes according to periodical demands of convention preparing work,and with the meeting coming up,the internal communication becomes more intensive with a higher degree of cohesiveness. |
