两汉县级管辖下的司法制度

汉代县廷的司法制度，遵循着一整套既定的诉讼程序。首先是立案，待县廷作出立案决定后，才进入审理案件的程序，案件的审结与县令长的素质密切相关。汉代司法审判程序还有一些如爰书、证据、乞鞫、监禁等规定。县级审判为第一审级，逮捕一般平民无须出示系牒等等。

The Judicial System in County-level in the Han Dynasty

In the Han Dynasty the county judiciary followed a set of fixed lawsuit process. The first step was establishing acase,when a case was established by county judicial authority then it entered the interrogation process. The verdict of acase was directly influenced by the county magistrate's personal quality. The judicial interrogation process of Han Dy-nasty also had some other items such as Yuan shu,presenting evidence,Qi Ju and imprisoning, etc. The county trail wasthe first level of lawsuit,ordinary people could be arrested without presenting an arrest warrant.
