He is currently writing a book on John F. Kennedy and Vietnam.;RANDALL B. WOODS is John A. Cooper, Sr., Professor of Diplomatic History at the University of Arkansas. His books include The Roosevelt Foreign Policy Establishment and the Good Neighbor: The United States and Argentina, 1941-1945 (1979);The Dawning of the Cold War (with Howard Jones) (1991);and J. William Fulbright: A Biography (1993).
