| 摘 要： | 苏州农村地区在"大跃进"和人民公社化运动中和全国其他地区一样,以"共产风"为主要内容和特征的"五风"刮得也非常严重.20世纪60年代初,在全党下决心纠正"左"倾错误的背景下,苏州农村地区同样对在"大跃进"运动中的平调账进行了清理和退赔.总结苏州农村地区退赔工作中的经验教训,对于我们更进一步全面认识和评价人民公社化运动、加深对人民公社史的研究都是有积极意义的.

| Abstract: | Like the rest of the country during the Great Leap Forward and People' s Commune campaign,rural Suzhou was severely disrupted by the"Five Winds" , especially the "Communist Wind".In the early 1960s,a time when the Party was determined to correct these Leftist errors,Suzhou undertook the same clean - up and compensation measures as other parts of the country to make up for assets divided up during . the Great Leap Forward. Summing up Suzhou' s experiences of compensation is useful for further understanding and evaluating the People' s Commune campaign. |
