| Abstract: | The cuhural education issue in the new national region of Qingzang influences on the phases of economic ,politic and social developments in this area. Regarding the internal association of various variableness of cultural education and social economy etc as visual angle is a momentous starting point for researching about the economic and social developments issues in this area. Therefore, highly pay attention to it and constantly accelerate it have become a pivot and ligament for realizing social stability and development in this area. |
