关于东汉北地郡内徙问题的再讨论

安帝时,由于滇零羌乱,北地郡内徙至冯翊。羌乱平定后,顺帝令复郡旧境。此时北地诸属县较西汉时已大多被裁撤,剩余六县复归旧县境。顺帝后期,羌乱再起,北地再度内迁至冯翊,大概在桓帝时,又迁回了旧境。灵帝后期西北陷入战乱,直到曹操平定关陇,才恢复对那里的控制。曹操曾迁徙边境上的五原、武都等郡置于内地,北地郡彻底内迁至关中平原并确定魏晋时期的版图,亦应在曹操主政的建安年间。

A Re-discussion of the Relocation of Beidi Prefecture during the Eastern Han Dynasty

During the Andi period,due to the Dianling Qiang(滇零羌)revolt,Beidi prefecture(北地郡)was relocated to Fengyi(冯翊).After the revolt being pacified,Shundi(顺帝)ordered Beidi prefecture to be moved back to its original place.In this time,most of the counties of Beidi were canceled,the six remaining counties moved back.In the late period of Shundi,Qiang revolt erupted again,Beidi was relocated to Fengyi again.Perhaps in Hengdi period,it moved back to its original place again.In late Lingdi period,the northwest entered into turmoil,until Caocao pacified Guan-Long(关陇),the Eastern Han recovered the northwest.Caocao moved many borderland prefectures like Wuyuan,Wudu,to inner land,and Beidi was finally moved to Guanzhong(关中)plain was in Jian an(建安)period.
