契丹社会组织与耶律阿保机建国

契丹建国前的社会组织,弥里指河的流域、优质牧场,石烈指强大宗族控制下的各牧场,都已经是地缘组织。涅里重组契丹八部,是以曾经掌权和现在掌权的部落权贵宗族及其姻亲宗族分别控制仅存的十二个石烈,部也已具有一定的地缘性。“二府”分别出自迭剌部和楮特部,是管辖契丹八部的组织。阿保机改造“二府”,使之成为统辖契丹八部的中央机构,使与之对应的部、石烈、弥里成为地方行政机构,由此构建起契丹国家。

Qidan's Social Organization and Yelyu Abaoji's State Founding

As the social organizations before the founding of Qidan state,Mili(弥里)refers to river basin and good pasture;Shilie(石烈)refers to the scope including many pastures dominated by powerful clans,and both of them are geographical organizations.Nieli(涅里)reorganized Qidan s eight tribes,empowering the bigwig clans and their marriage clans,which were in power or once being in power,to control the only twelve existing Shilies,so the tribes also had geographic features.“Erfu”are the organizations controlling Qidan s eight tribes and are respectively originated from the Diela(迭剌)tribe and Chute(楮特)tribe.Abaoji reformed“Erh-fu”and turned it into the central administration controlling Qidan s eight tribes,and made its corresponding tribes,Shilies,Milis into local administrations.On these basis,the Qidan state was finally founded.
