招亡纳叛与建国立号:北宋西部民族地区的政治新动向

北宋时期,汉族人口进入西部民族地区和境外民族政权的情形十分普遍。其中包括逃犯、逃兵、落第士子、流民、普通百姓、妇女各色人等,数量庞大。通过逃亡、民族政权和民族首领招诱、战争掳掠、人口买卖等方式和途径,这些人有的进入沿边少数民族地区,有的投向境外民族政权怀抱,成为推动西部民族地区经济、政治发展的重要力量。同时,他们的到来,加剧了边疆地区的不稳定局势,促进了沿边民族力量的活跃状态。西部沿边各少数民族希望与北宋王朝建立各种交往关系,甚至法宋建国立号以表达更高层次的政治诉求,从而表现出一种前所少见的西部民族地区的政治新动向。

Recruiting Escapees and Receiving Traitors,Founding States and Setting Titles:the New Political Trend in the Northern Song's Western Ethnic Areas

During the Northern Song Dynasty,it was very common that the Han people flooded into the western ethnic areas and ethnic regimes,including a large number of escapees,run-away soldiers,poor scholars,refugees,ordinary people as well as women,and so on.Through the ways of fleeing,seduced by ethnic regimes and leaders,war captivity,population trafficking,some of those people came into the border minority areas,some embraced the neighboring regimes,becoming an important force to promote economic and political development in the western ethnic areas.At the same time,with their arrival,the instability in the border areas was escalated,and the activity of the neighboring ethnic powers was promoted.The ethnic minorities in western border areas hoped to establish all kinds of communication relations with the Northern Song Dynasty,some even expressed higher political demands by establishing their own state following the Northern Song Dynasty,which shows a new political trend rarely seen before in the western ethnic areas.
