| Abstract: | On the basis of the remains of the palace theatre itself, archived documents and plans related to the Qing Dynasty palace theatres in the Chinese National Library and on the relevant documents in the Palace Museum archives, the author provides a comparative analysis of the function and design of the palace theatres, examining their characteristics and features. |
