| 摘 要： | 《旅游饭店星级划分与评定》标准自颁布实施以来，对我国旅游饭店业实现历史性跨越具有不可替代的作用。但随着时代与市场环境的变化，现有星级标准已越来越难以适应我国饭店业产业结构升级和饭店企业竞争力提升的需要，星级标准的修订迫在眉睫。本文在总结历史经验与深刻剖析行业现状的基础上，从标准的共同性、重复性和市场性3个要素角度，对标准的内涵作出新的解释，并对星级标准的修订明确提出了8条前瞻性建议。

| Abstract: | The Star-rating Standard for Tourist Hotels has made irreplaceable contribution to the development of Chinese tourist hotels industry. However, changes of time and market environment have been reminding that necessary amendment is imminent due to its incapability of adapting to the needs of improvement of hotel industrial structure and the competitiveness of the enterprises, The authors made a summary of historical experiences and an analysis of the status quo of hotel industry in this thesis. Based on the summary and analysis, they attempted to provide a new explanation to the connotation of the standard from three aspects including commonality, repeatability, and market nature, and proposed eight forward-looking suggestions for amending the standard. |
