| 摘 要： | 本文通过对相关历史文献记载的细致考证,认为宋太祖开宝五年(972年)番禺县曾被省并,宋仁宗皇祐三年(1051年)为了加强珠江三角洲的沙田开发与管理,复置番禺县,具体治所是在今广州市番禺区西南的紫坭,至宋神宗熙宁二年(1069年)出于广州军事防卫的考虑,又将番禺县治北迁至广州旧城东的赤泥巷,即今广州仓边路一带。再者,南宋新置香山县和明代新置顺德县,皆可视作是政府进一步努力协调珠江三角洲区域沙田开发与广州城防之间关系的必然结果。

| Abstract: | According to the careful textual research of the related historical documentaries,I consider the Panyu county was once saved and incorporated in the year 972 A.D..In order to strengthen the development and administration of sandy farmland,the Panyu county was settled anew in the year 1051 A.D.,and the location of the Panyu county's government was in Zini.Now,Zini is in the southwest of the Panyu area of Guangzhou.Out of consideration of defence of Guangzhou City,the Panyu Couty was settled to Chini Alley in the year 1069 A.D..Now,Chini Alley is in the area around the Cangbian Road of Guangzhou.Corresponding to above-mentioned,I consider that the Xiangshan County and Shunde County,which had respenctively been settled anew in Southern Song dynasty and Ming dynasty,were the necessary result of the government's further harmonization of the relationship between the development of Pearl River Delta's sandy farmland and the defence of Guangzhou City. |
