| 摘 要： | 魏晋十六国北朝，割据于西北的诸政权为了稳住已有的统治地盘，富国强兵，创建统一大业，因而都很重视培养、罗致，甚至是抢夺儒、释、道各类人才，人才兴国的战略也为各政权带来了显著的政治效益。本文主要介绍了这一重要的历史现象。
