| 摘 要： | 本从清代边疆民族政策研究的四次突破入手,提出边疆民族研究中的“中原中心论”的传统范式源于中国史学上的正统论的遗绪,应重建中华法系的法统,将边疆民族地区纳入中华法系的研究领域。作主张史学概念化是开创边疆研究新局的途径之一。

| Abstract: | This article starts with the four breakthroughs in the fie ld of Ching Dynasty borderland nationality policy studies, puts forward that the traditional study pattern of "Central Plains Centralism" oringins from the remains of "Orth odox theory" in chinese histoyiography. We should reconstruct the legally consti tuted authority of Chinese legal genealogy and bring the borderland into the vis ual range of Chinese legal genealogy study. The author holds that conseptualizat ion of historiography may be the way developing new prospect in future. |
