Innovation from Summing Up Experience-The Party' s Theoretical Innovation Since the 4th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee

Since the 4th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee the Communist Party has innovated and developed ideological guidance to reflect its summing up of historical experiences. This summing up has centered on two historical topics ? What is socialism and how to build socialism, and what sort of Communist Party to build and how to build it. Through this summing up the Party formed a new understanding of these topics, thereby enriching and deepening DENG Xiao-ping Theory and crystallizing the Three Represents. In summing up its experiences, our Party is adept at absorbing the wisdom of the masses and winning new impetus from the innovations and development demands of the masses. It has been able to stand at the highpoint of the era, considering China's issues from the background of globalization. The Three Represents are highpoint of these 13 years of theoretical innovation.
