| 摘 要： | 人才是各项事业赖以发展的宝贵财富。适应时代要求大力培养创新型人才，是不断推进富裕文明和谐新青海建设进程的迫切要求。本文在总结实践经验的基础上，探讨了青海省人才工作的体制机制创新问题，并就不断培养大批创新型人才提出了初步建议。

| Abstract: | Talents are the precious wealth that all kinds of affairs to be in development. Adapting to the times request tc forcefully cultivate innovation-type talents is an urgent requirement of constantly prod the procedure of constructing rich. civi lized and harmonious new Qinghai. This paper based on concluding practice experiences discussed on the issue of systematie mechanism innovation for the talents work in Qinghai province, and put forward primary propose on continually cultivate large quantities of innovation-type talents. |
