中俄两国转型时期贫富分化问题比较研究--兼论中国渐进体制转型模式的合理性

转型时期的贫富分化问题直接关系到社会的发展和稳定.俄罗斯转型时期表现出明显的阶层贫富两极分化趋势,而中国现阶段并未出现明显的两极分化.贫富分化的程度直接影响着社会中间阶层的发育,这实际上是一个问题的两个方面.中俄两国出现不同程度的贫富分化问题,一个共同的原因就是国有资产流失.中国在现有的条件下,只有坚持渐进转型的模式,通过健全法制和制定合理的经济政策来调整人们之间的收入分配,才是解决社会贫富分化问题的正确思路.

A Comparative Study of Wealth Polarization in China and Russia During Their Transitions--On the Rationality of China's Gradual Transition Model

Wealth polarization during transition has a direct bearing on social development and stability. During Russia's transition strata polarization was pronounced, but in China's present stage of reform is has remained muted. Polarization has a direct bearing on the nurturing of a middle class. A common cause behind the differing degrees of polarization in China and Russia is the loss of state-owned assets. Under China's present conditions, the only way to resolve wealth polarization is to build a full legal system with reasonable economy policies to adjust income distribution.
