网络时代的真实社交:博物馆展览社交设计初探

摘    要:网络时代的虚拟社交容易引发现实生活中的各种心理、行为障碍,而作为公共文化服务机构的博物馆具备为公众创造真实社交环境、满足公众真实社交需求的条件,是一个具有独特优势的社交场所。随着社会公众真实社交心理需求的日益增长,现代博物馆展览的体验设计需要更加注重社交互动项目与展项之间的相互结合,如展览中的社交空间营造、社交型的互动技术设计、参与性的参观活动策划等。博物馆展览中的社交互动设计不仅能够极大地提高观众认知学习的效率,还能实现人与人之间情感交流的目的,从而促进社会的和谐发展。

Abstract:Virtual social networking in the Internet era can easily lead to various psychological and be-havioral problems in real life.As a public cultural service agency,the museum has its unique advantage in providing a social networking environment to the visitors who have the demands for socializing.The growing needs for social networking in real life requires the museum to pay more attention to the incorporation of in-teractive design in exhibitions,for example,to create social space in galleries,install social interactive facili-ties,and developparticipatory learning initiatives.Adding social and interactive design in exhibitions will not only greatly improve the efficiency of audience cognitive learning,but also achieve the purpose of affec-tive communication between people,promoting the harmonious development of society.
