| 摘 要： | 德·白尔文先生提供的"贵州矿务商局万山厂光绪二十七年壹串文"凭票.票面有"奏办"、"贵州矿务商局"、"万山厂"、"英法水银公司的英文告白"等记载,它们之间的历史背景有怎样的联系?笔者查阅有关资料,得知这是一张见证中国第一个铁厂--贵州青溪铁厂失败悲歌的纸币,见证万山汞矿沦为外商开采历史的纸币.
