| 摘 要： | 本文着重从双语能力的定义出发，通过重点分析培养与加强双语能力的方法，以及培养与加强双语能力的难点，旨在强调双语能力在英语口译实践中起决定性的作用，因而口译人员应不断地提高自己的双语能力，只有这样才有可能成为一名出色的口译人员。

On the Training and Enhancing of Bilingual Abilities in English Interpreting |

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the definition of bilingual abilities, this paper focuses on the strategies of training and enhancing interpreters＇ bilingual abilities, and the difficult aspects in doing so. The paper aims to emphasize that bilingual abilities are so critical in English interpreting that only when one maintains good bilingual abilities can he become a great interpreter. |
