| Abstract: | This paper indicated that the medium and long-term programs have crucial functions in the civil economy and society of the whole province,by looking briefly back the tenth five-years projects(from first five-years projects to tenth) of Qinghai province.Furthermore,brought forward some beneficial edifications on "eleventh five-years projects",and even on hereafter medium and long-term programs. |
