Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the seepage, the paper presents the engineering plan and detailed implementation technology for the first-phase engineering-the combined dam of concrete. The paper also points out that the investigation on seepage problem of stone artifacts exposed to the air should be carried out using by scientific and effective surveying methodology, and the treatments depend on the environment,rock structure and mechanism of seepage.
