杨森主黔原因探析

1944年12月,南京国民政府任命杨森为贵州省主席。杨森既非蒋介石嫡系,又非其同乡,却能够出掌贵州省政。究其原因,本文认为,南京国民政府主要考虑了巩固战时国防,加强地方建设,实现抗战建国目标;彻底解决西南地方势力,实现国家统一和杨森的个人经历及其与蒋介石的关系等几方面因素。

An Analysis on the Factors Why Yang Sen Can in charge of the GuiZhou Province

In December 1944,Nanjing National government appointed Yang Sen as GuiZhou Province president.Yang Sen can in charge of the GuiZhou province,though he was neither Jiang Jie-Shi's direct descendant,nor his fellow villager,we believe there are three major factors to explain this situation,first,Nanjing National government wanted to consolidate the national defense,strengthen the local construction,and overcome the Japan invaders as well as achieve the founding of the nation goal;its another aim was to solve the problem of the local warlords in south-west of China and unify the country;besides,Yang Sen's personal experiences and the relationship with Jiang Jie-Shi's were also involved.
