| Abstract: | Chuming system was an important measure of punishing criminal officials generally used by all state power in Bei Dynasty.It was mainly suitable for serious crime of central and local high-ranking officials,so it was an important means of strengthening imperial power and official management.In process of operation,the system was used casually in a certain sense. |
