| 摘 要： | 统筹发展的核心是统筹农村公共物品的有效供给。青海省集中了西部地区、高原地区和经济欠发达地区的发展特点和困难，这一发展特点和困难要求必须统筹发展。文章认为，只有加大农村公共物品有效供给才能逐步协调并促进区域间、城乡间经济社会的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The core of overall development is of making overall plan for the rural public goods to be effectively supplied . Qinghai province converges the development characteristics and difficulties of the western coast regions,plateau areas and the economically under developed zones , this requires must engage in overall development . Only enhance the rural public goods to be effectively supplied then being able to gradually coordinate and prod the economy and society between regions and between town and countryside to be in entire development. |
