抗战时期西京筹备委员会的城市绿化实践及其启示

本文依据有关民国档案资料 ,细致论述了抗战时期西京筹备委员会在西安城内与郊区的行道树栽植、风景林建设、果园种植、乡村绿化、苗圃经营、林木养护诸方面所做的一系列绿化工作的实绩与贡献 ;认为中国历史上一直有重视城市绿化的优良传统 ,而抗战时期西京筹备委员会在西安城内与郊区所作的一系列绿化工作 ,就官方的重视程度与实践力度而言 ,较之汉唐时期也毫不逊色 ;指出在西北干旱地区植树绿化工作是一项长期的、艰巨的任务 ,重视城市绿化的优良传统值得继续保持和发扬光大 ,抗战时期西京筹备委员会积极务实、努力创新的精神 ,坚持不懈进行城市绿化的作风 ,植树与养护并重的工作方法 ,应当说时至今日仍然有一定的现实借鉴意义。

Practice and Enlightenment from the City Afforestation of the Xijing Preparatory Committee during the Resistance-War period

According to concerning files and information during the Resistance-War period, this paper carefully studies the contribution to the City afforestation of the Xijing Preparatory Committee in city and suburb of Xi'an city,such as tree plant, village greenization, scenic forest construction, orchard plant, young plants management and forest protection. City afforestation is always good tradition during historical period in China ,and the contribution to the City afforestation of the Xijing Preparatory Committee during the Resistance-War period is no less than that of Han-Tang period. Afforestation is long-term and arduous task in Northwest arid region, a lot of suggestions from the practice on City afforestation of the Xijing Preparatory Committee were put forward in the paper, a great deal of enlightenment will be gained from the research.
