| 摘 要： | 本文从道教经典出发,证明传宋代画家武宗元《朝元仙仗图》中的主神组合不宜称为"五帝",而应是"东华、南极、西灵、北真"四天帝王(君),他们原本都是东晋以降上清派道经中的重要神祗,这一组合在晋末灵宝经中最后形成,被北周《无上秘要》中的经戒传授科仪吸收,唐代道教经戒传授仪式又沿袭了《无上秘要》的传统,"四天帝王(君)"组合遂得到广泛认同。通过缕析道教经典和世俗文献,作者认为传武宗元《朝元仙仗图》式的壁画在唐五代很可能位于道观的三清殿。由于三清殿在唐代并非主流,因此很可能是在宋真宗确立其主殿地位以后,这种构图样式才有了较大的影响。
