| 摘 要： | 本文分四个阶段回顾了厦门利用外商直接投资推动特区经济发展的历程 ,从投资主体、投资方式、投资领域和投资规模的角度 ,分析了厦门利用外商直接投资的特点并细致考察了厦门利用外商直接投资发展迅猛的动因 ,阐述了利用外商直接投资对特区经济发展起到的推动作用 ,作者针对厦门特区再利用外商直接投资中仍存在的若干亟待解决的问题 ,提出了积极的建议

| Abstract: | This paper examines Xiamen's use of foreign direct investment to develop its spe cial economic zone, considering the sources, forms, sectors and scale of FDI. It analyzes the features of FDI use in Xiamen and examines the causes of the rapid growth of FDI there, explaining the impetus FDI gave to the development of the special economic zone. The authors also point out some pressing problems which r emain in FDI use in the Xiamen SEZ and they make positive suggestions for solvin g them. |
