本通过对日喀则地区旅游发展条件的综合分析，提出了以政府启动、交通引动、外资促动、国际联动、开放推动和全域化、生态化、网络化、差异化、小型化为核心的“日喀则旅游发展模式”，并确立了发展战略体系。

A Study of Development Patterns for Tourism in Rikaze

With a comprehensive analysis of conditions for developing tourism in Rikaze, the paper advances a tourism development pattern for it, which is started by the government, pulled by transportation network, promoted by foreign capital, linked to international community by internet, pushed by open policies, and has regional and ecological cores with network, differentiation and a small scale, and establishes a strategy system for tourism development in this area.
