| Abstract: | Zuojiang River basin is a pressing developing land that is belong to south-subtropic in the south-west of Guangxi Province. On the basic of utilization of the regional resources, its sugarcane, cement and papermaking industry have achieved a proper scale. It is necessary to plan scientifically, allocat rationally and develop quicklly to these industries, so it will become a supporting property which promotes the developmentof region. |
