再说贵州麻江高枧夏家入黔史及夏同龢状元

高枧夏家入黔距今有620年；夏同钚的祖父是五岁丧父由母教养的独儿；夏同样出生官宦之家，随父异地为官，生在云南、长在四川，由广东起步，前往北京参加顺天府乡试中举。1898年中状元后，即授修撰。1899年与丘逢甲成立纪念文天祥的寿忠社。1904年前往日本法政大学入法政速成科学习法政，同学有胡汉民、汪精卫、沈钧儒等。传世的著作主要是编辑《行政法》。回国后1906年出任广东法政学堂监督（校长），学生有陈炯明、邹鲁等，教员有松山丰造、朱执信、陈融等。民国后为众议院议员，宪法起草委员会委员。

Futher Study of Xia Family of GaoJian of Majiang in Guizhou and ZhuangYuan Xiatonghe

There has been 620 years since Xia Family of Gaonjian coming to Guizhou. Xiatongheg grandfather,whose father died when he was 5 years old, and who was the only son in the family, was brought up by his mother. Xiatonghe was born in an officials aristocratic family, who served as official in the place other than his own hometown with his father. Xiatonghe himself was born in Yunnan and grew up in Sichuan, who went to Beijing to take part in xiangshi （the imperial exam at the provincial level） of Shuntian from Guangdong and passed the exam. He was appointed as Senior Compiler after winning the first place in imperial examination in 1898. He organized the society of Shouzhong（ longevity and loyal- ty） to commemorate Wentianxiang with Qiufengjia in 1899. In 1904, he went to Thammasat University of Japan and stuty the law and political science in thammasat crash department, whose classmates were Hu- haniming, Wangjingwei, Shenjunru and ete.. His extant lucubration is administrative law. After returning homeland from Japan, he served as supervisor（president） of Guangdong Law and Political Science A- cademy, whose studens were Chenjiongming, Zhoulu and etc. , and whose clerks were Matsuyama Toyo- zo,Zhu Zhixin, Chengrong and etc.. He served as both a member of House of Representatives and a member of the Constitution Drafting Committee after foundation of Republic of China.
