| 摘 要： | 城郊区土地利用结构、布局、功能等方面具有独特性,也有其特殊的矛盾性,在当前全国各地开展的多层次土地利用总体规划中,省、市、县、乡已有较多的模式可资借鉴,本文结合镇江市京口区的实际工作,提出了城郊区土地利用总体规划编制的指导思想与若干要点。
