穿行在传统与现代之间的贵州新学——《新学入黔：贵州近代教育的源流与发展》序

近代"新学"的传播一方面与"西学"的挑激与引进有关,一方面也与儒家传统内部变革思想的高涨紧密相联.就"新学"入黔并逐渐本土化的具体过程而言,无论国家权力系统或地方知识精英,都发挥了主导性的范约作用,并构成了错综复杂的知识格局.严修、李端菜、张之洞、粱启超四人,虽然他们最终的价值选择不尽相同,但均一度徘徊或游离于传统与现代之间,直接间接地影响了黔地"新学"的传播,值得以个案的方式认真加以研究.地方精英华之鸿创办文通书局,在"新学"的传播史上可说是厥功甚伟.抗日战争时期大批外省高校内迁贵州从事讲学科研活动,则标志着地方文化的现代性转型进入了"质"的飞跃发展阶段.     

渤海政权的对外交通及其遗迹发现

渤海政权对外有六条交通道路,即通往中原的营州道和朝贡道,通往周边民族的契丹道和黑水道,通往朝鲜半岛的新罗道和通往日本的日本道。本文在以往调查和研究的基础上,根据文献记载和近年新的考古发现,分别对各条道路的走向及沿途的重要遗迹进一步做了比较全面的介绍和必要的论证。     

张星烺先生对中西交通史研究的学术贡献

张星先生是我国中西交通史研究的奠基人之一。本文从五个方面论述了张星对中西交通史研究的学术贡献。张星收集整理汉文资料 ,翻译介绍外文文献 ,介绍西方东方学成就 ,开辟新的研究领域等工作 ,极大地推动了我国中西交通史的研究。     

Developing Employment Interview and Interviewing Skills in Small-group Project Work

The value of communications skills in geographical education is briefly discussed. In particular the lack of interview and interviewing practice is noted. The use of realistic interviews as part of small-group project work has been developed at Salford over 10 years. The elements include the drafting of job and person specifications, the writing of a cv and covering letter, and the organisation and running of interview panels. Detail is given of how the whole process is assessed. Negotiation skills are also developed. An important element is the realism of the process. The principal down-side is the amount of staff time involved, but this is more than compensated for by the students' perceived value of the skills developed.     

France enters the information age: A political history of minitel

National communication systems--while they serve a universal human need--do not follow a universal logic of development. Instead, networks emerge from the interaction of ideas, culture, and politics within specific national contexts. This article develops a culturally and politically grounded analysis of technology via an exploration of the videotex saga in France; the only large advanced industrialized state where videotex succeeded. Particular attention is given to the way in which the French government designed videotex as a public strategy not only to modernize the telecommunications network, but also to bolster French economic and national security in relation to the United States. The article concludes that French videotex provides strong support for the thesis that communications technologies resolve and reflect unique cultural and political dilemmas, in addition to fulfilling their more technocratic function as scientific/engineering projects.     

商品邮购(电话购物)的空间扩散与消费者抉择

信息通信技术在商品流通中的重要作用日渐明显,并且展现着进一步加强的趋势。电话(视)购物是当今已经"漫射"开来的普通电信在商业活动中应用的一个事实,可能对现存的地区性传统零售集团产生决定性影响-补充与替代共存。本文考查了国外邮(电)购的经验,并与我们在石家庄样区开展的调查工作进行了对比。最后我们对邮(电)购相关的区域规划问题进行了探讨,认为其与电话购物之电信服务方式的空间扩散相互影响。本文也旨在揭示这种零售方式是如何改善边远地区的购物条件的。     

北齐韩祖念墓出土玻璃杯考--兼论魏晋南北朝时期波斯玻璃器之东传

1982年太原北齐韩祖念墓出土了一件玻璃高足杯,我们用X射线荧光光谱对其进行了无损分析。检测结果表明:这件玻璃杯是典型的萨珊草木灰类型玻璃。结合器形、纹饰和文献记载,推测其应为波斯萨珊使者向北齐进献的贡品,为萨珊玻璃沿丝绸之路传播提供了新的证据。本文还对魏晋南北朝外来玻璃检测结果进行了总结,并系统划分了这一时期舶来玻璃的类型及其在中国分布的地域和时代特征。     

春华秋实两岸故宫合作交流新成果——记两岸故宫联合举办“十全乾隆——清高宗的艺术品味特展”

本文系作者赴台参加《十全乾隆——清高宗的艺术品味特展》开幕式之后的问答式的专访性文章。全文围绕北京、台北两故宫的合作交流,回顾了近五年来以文物展览为中心的交流合作成果,展望了未来的合作前景及其活动计划。     

学生教育面面观

班级管理是一门艺术,它实际表现为对人的管理。学生形形色色,性格迥异,如何与学生融洽相处,如何有效地管理班级,这是每一个班主任都积极研究探索的问题。笔者通过自己的工作实践,结合教育案例,总结出班主任在日常管理过程中应该多和学生沟通,双方相互尊重并取得信任,只有这样才能建立良好的师生关系,才能真正有效地实施班级管理。     

Changing Values in the Art Museum: rethinking communication and learning

In changing times older art-museum values are coming under challenge and new emphasis is being placed on museum-audience relationships. The professional development of new communicative approaches in art museums can be seen as a form of action research. Older modernist models for communication based on the transmission of authoritative subject-based facts to a mass of passive receivers are being superseded by new approaches that acknowledge 'active audiences', constructivist and interpretist learning theories and the complexities of cultural politics. New roles for art museum professionals, the concept of differentiated audiences, the intervention of new voices and the exposition of new narratives offer possibilities for the reconceptualisation of art museums that are rooted in late 19th-century modernist culture.
