新发现鲁迅致曹靖华书简及《河南卢氏曹先生教泽碑文》手稿

《河南卢氏曹先生教泽碑文》是鲁迅为曹靖华之父曹植甫撰写的一篇碑文,碑文原稿连同附带的一封书信一直没有被外界发现和披露。近日碑文和书信手稿首度现身公众视野,从其内容、特征和相关记载分析,可以确定为鲁迅手书原稿无疑。这两件手稿的发现,为我们对比研究《教泽碑文》的原稿、清稿、初刊本、文集本、全集本等诸多版本提供了重要依据,解决了1986年所立碑文石刻文字的底本问题,同时也廓清了包括曹靖华本人在内对这篇碑文手稿回忆的不准确之处。     

清至民国时期归化城土默特水利经费筹措方式研究

清代归化城土默特水利经费主要由民间社会自行筹措.清末斗捐等附加性税收和赈款开始用于水利事务,但均无定章准则.民国时期绥远省当局以1920年代旱灾为契机,在地方水利事务中承担了更多职能,其制定水利章程,并以报荒地款和工赈贷款等方式筹措水利经费.水利设施日常维护和管理经费则出自受益人交纳的水租.同时,水租有逐渐进入地方财政系统之中的动向.清至民国时期归化城土默特地区水利经费筹措方式的历史演变,反映了近代地方行政和财政体系的建立过程.     

Late Middle Palaeolithic occupations in Ciemna Cave,southern Poland

Recent excavations in Ciemna Cave in the Pr?dnik valley near Ojców, southern Poland have brought to light new stratigraphic and techno-typological evidence concerning Late Middle Palaeolithic groups and their cultural affinities. In 2007, excavations began in the hitherto-unexplored main chamber of Ciemna Cave, with the goal of clarifying the results of previous work in other parts of the cave. During excavation the rocky floor of the cave was reached. About 1000 stone artifacts have been collected to date. Three cultural traditions have been documented: Mousterian, Taubachian, and Micoquian. Within the Micoquian tradition, three cultural levels were observed, which enriches the previous understanding of occupational phases at the site. These findings permit revision of the traditional terms “Pr?dnik industry” and “Pr?dnik technique.”

Paving the way for new regional industrial paths: actors and modes of change in Scania’s games industry

ABSTRACT

Recent scholarly work has enhanced our understanding of how new path development activities are enabled or constrained by ‘regional environments’, made up of pre-existing industrial structures, knowledge organizations, support structures and institutional configurations. This paper moves beyond overly static views on regional environments. We develop a dynamic perspective by analysing conceptually and empirically how a constraining environment can be transformed into one that enables the development of new growth paths. The paper offers a typology of various modes of change, including layering, adaptation and novel application that are used by key actors to ‘manipulate’ the regional support structures to facilitate new regional industrial path development. The conceptual framework is applied to a case study of the digital games industry in the region of Scania, southern Sweden. Our findings suggest that the creation of a more enabling environment for the growth of the digital games industry has been the outcome of multi-scalar processes and combinations of various modes of change employed by a few key individuals operating in the newly emerging path.     

模拟光老化研究黄色植物染料染色丝绸的光致褪色

为了科学评价照明光源对黄色植物染料染色丝绸的褪色影响,也为了给博物馆此类丝绸文物展陈的照明设计提供合理化建议,通过设计光照老化实验的方法模拟丝绸文物的光老化过程,研究了卤素灯、荧光灯及LED对黄檗、槐米等黄色植物染料染色的丝绸样品的褪色影响。结合色差分析,从染料耐光牢度、样品反射光谱及光源发射光谱等多个角度对染色丝绸的褪色进行了分析。借助液相色谱分析了光老化前后染料成分的变化。结果显示,含蓝光能量高的荧光灯和LED对黄色染料的损伤严重,蓝光能量少的卤素灯影响较小;色谱分析确定了染料的光老化前后的有效成分,推测了光老化反应的褪色机理。     

浅析汉画十字穿环装饰图案的象征意义

在汉代画像石、砖中,常见到由圆环（或璧）与十字（或菱形）相组合的装饰图案,为了行文方便,我们统称其为“十字穿环”图案。若从艺术构图的表象上考察,这些简明、对称、均衡、美观的几何图案似乎仅仅是一种装饰.     

大都市区跨界地区空间演化及动力机制研究

本文结合中央—地方政府管治特征,以临沪地区为实证案例,提出大都市区跨界地区在中央政府和地方政府协调治理下经历了三个阶段的发展。现阶段发展目标和治理主体均呈现出不同于以往的新特征：在区县级地方政府和省市级地方政府以提升地区竞争力为目标的企业型治理下,跨界地区逐渐兴起并实现社会经济的快速发展;在中央政府运动型治理下,跨界地区进入以协调区域功能为主的发展阶段。随着跨界发展不断深入,跨界地区空间结构由散点式分布转为以开发区为核心的产城融合空间,最终转型为融入中心城市网络的重要节点。研究总结了大都市区跨界地区各阶段发展的时空格局,提出跨界地区发展的治理逻辑及其动力机制,对区域协同治理提供了经验借鉴。     

The Takarazuka Girls’ Revue in the West: public–private relations in the cultural diplomacy of wartime Japan

This essay examines wartime Japan’s establishment of culture bureaus and its promotion of the Takarazuka Girls’ Revue in allied European nations and the United States in a moment of international crisis. This overseas cultural policy was part of a series of alternative strategies employed by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in an effort to persuade the West to acknowledge Japan’s self‐appointed role as a leader in East Asia, capable of producing advanced cultural products on a par with those of western nations. Key features of this essay include the negotiation between state goals and private interests in the performance of cultural diplomacy, as well as the aesthetic articulation of a hybrid Japanese culture which was traditional yet fully modern, particularly as presented on stage through a display of the female body.     

Seismic Behaviors of RC Frame Beam-Column Joints under Acid Rain Circle: A Pilot Experimental Study

This research was carried out to investigate the seismic performance of RC beam-column joints under acid rain circle via comparison of energy dissipation behavior and failure mechanism of joints with different corrosion levels and axial compression ratio. At the initial corrosion level, the strength, ductility, and energy consumption of RC beam-column joints improved slightly; at a later stage, the bearing and deformation capacity decreased as the corrosion rate of steel rebars increased. The test shows that with the increasing of the axial compression ratio, the initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the joints will increasing if the corrosion levels are the same, but the ductility of that will decrease.
