南宁市房地产价格分布规律的机助制图研究与开发方向的探讨

南宁市房地产业经历了由沉寂、复苏、火爆到稳步发展的过程．各公司开发的房屋类型相近,但价格差异却很大,价格分布呈现明显的规律性：一是城市中心价格高,边缘与郊区价格低;二是东部城区价格高,西部城区价格低．主导价格分布规律的三大影响因子是地理位置、交通便捷程度和生态环境质量．南宁今后的房地产开发和城市规划建设一要顺应价格分布规律,优地优用、保障房地产开发的高效益;二要加强交通设施建设和环境保护．促进全市房地产的升值;三要因势利导,发展城市副中心,逐步形成多中心的城市建设格局。

方志若干理论观点与编纂实践相悖的思考

方志概述设置及编写、大事入志宏观把握、政绩入志、不注引录书目、民国纪年与公元纪年混用诸问题,志界同仁中有些理论观点与编纂实践相悖。本文对若干理论观点与编纂实践相悖的现象进行分析归纳,并结合作者方志编纂实践的体会阐述具体处理原则与方法。     

The Funeral Custom in the Dobis Tibetan Community

Dobis（RdoSbis） is the birthplace of Shesrab Gyamtsho, a great TibetanBuddhist Master in modern China. It is located 26.5 kilometers southeast of Xunhua County, Qinghai Province There are 24 natural villages in total： twenty Tibetan villages, three villages of the Salar ethnic groupand one Han Chinese village in the township. Dobis has developed its unique regional customs given its geographic, social and cultural environments. According to an old saying from local people, there are 1000 householders in Dobis Valley.     

唐宋時期邕州入交三道

《宋史》记载,中国在唐代以后,曾发展出十六道通往交趾的水陆交通路线,可惜史书并无具体行经路线的说明。本文透过文献记载,考证出当时邕州进入交趾的三条主要交通路线。受到桂西山脉的环境限制,这三条道路大致沿着明江、水口河及平而河三个河谷平原前进,作者因此分别称之为:明江道、水口道与平而道。文中除对三条路线具体描述以外,也对中国与安南重要边境城市"永平砦"的形成背景、功能、存续时间及确切位置,详加考证与说明。     

后现代主义园林设计语言的符号学研究

根据皮尔斯符号三分法和园林分类法,后现代主义园林的设计语言具有丰富的历史性、地域文化、大众文化图象符号和惯用性、表现性、叙事性、色彩象征符号。后现代主义园林不但强调历史文化、地域文化、大众文化的表达,还重视历史文脉的保护恢复。后现代主义园林的设计语言大部分都是从自己的本土文化中吸取的,形成了可理解性,可交流性、可对话性以及意义的可生成性的人性园林,努力恢复被现代主义园林割断的人文尺度。     

Modeling Regional Economic Resilience to Disasters: A Computable General Equilibrium Analysis of Water Service Disruptions*

Abstract. Recent natural and manmade disasters have had significant regional economic impacts. These effects have been muted, however, by the resilience of individual businesses and of regional markets, which refers to the inherent ability and adaptive responses that enable firms and regions to avoid potential losses. Computable general equilibrium (CGE) analysis is a promising approach to disaster impact analysis because it is able to model the behavioral response to input shortages and changing market conditions. However, without further refinement, CGE models, as well as nearly all other economic models, reflect only “business‐as‐usual” conditions, when they are based on historical data. This paper advances the CGE analysis of major supply disruptions of critical inputs by: specifying operational definitions of individual business and regional macroeconomic resilience, linking production function parameters to various types of producer adaptations in emergencies, developing algorithms for recalibrating production functions to empirical or simulation data, and decomposing partial and general equilibrium responses. We illustrate some of these contributions in a case study of the sectoral and regional economic impacts of a disruption to the Portland Metropolitan Water System in the aftermath of a major earthquake.     

民间美术保守性之积淀与变异

论城区志街道社区的记述

城区志是传统方志中的一个新志种,街道社区的记述是一个重要内容。城区志中街道篇目可设置一级篇目,社区一般不宜设置一级篇目;篇目序次,街道与社区不宜并列,以街道居前、社区居后为好。对街道和社区的记述,街道要重自然属性内容的记载,即重点记清街道基本情况;社区要重社会属性内容的记载,即重点记清社区建设情况。街道宜设置专篇专章,主要街道可逐一列名列目详记,详记街道区域范围、历史源流、现状。社区宜作为一个类型或一个整体研究、记述,记其共性内容、基本特点,切忌逐个社区列名列目详记;对于每一社区自然属性的内容,如地域范围、历史源流、现状可省略不记。
