Cheng Hongshou, agenius painter in the late Ming Dynasty, had great achievements and reputation on the traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, whatever in respects of birds, flowers, andscape or figure. The author briefly introduces the artistic style of his painting and analyzes cause of that.
