荀悦考察历史的方法

东汉后期著名史学家荀悦的著作《汉纪》和《申鉴》中包含着卓越的史识。这主要表现他把历史看成是发展的,各种制度应适应时代与社会的发展而变化,统治者必须随时而变,随机应变。他认为考察历史问题应与具体的社会环境结合起来,具体问题具体分析,主张将不同的政治主张置于具体历史时空中探讨。他既能从整体上把握事物,从多角度加以探讨,又能考察事物的不同方面,分析其内在联系。他看到事物具有相对性的特点,主张通过比较把握事物的共性与个性,认为考察事物要透过现象看本质。他朦胧地意识到事物内部存在既相互对立又相互联系的两个方面,在人物评价中注意分析其两重性。荀悦的史识值得我们认真总结。     

新中国成立初期浙江省嘉兴地区乡村小学教育探析

新中国成立初期,嘉兴地区的乡村小学教育在国家的大力扶持下有了较快的发展,呈现出社会主义的新特征。但在社会主义建设过程中,由于急于求成,不少小学亦出现了流生严重、校群关系紧张等不良现象。同时,因为中央政府注重将乡村小学教育和农村社会环境相结合,使得中央和地方政府能够及时发现并解决问题。这表明国家在乡村小学教育中扮演着非常重要的角色,必须充分意识到政策在实践中的有效性,才能更好地进行国家建设。     

Anglo-American Relations: End of a Special Relationship?

Obama's election in 2008 as the United States’ first self-styled Pacific President drew a hearty round of ‘end of the affair’ editorials about Anglo-American relations. His first term was littered with ‘snubgates’, serious irritations in policy areas regarded as being core to the special relationship, and indications of an accelerating US departure from Europe with his premier foreign-policy strategy declared to be a pivot to Asia. His return for a second term in 2013 augers a continuation of first-term adjustments in US foreign policy and greater domestic focus given a divided Congress and a bitterly split and war-weary United States with domestic priorities to the fore. Doomsayers - or so-called terminalists - have been repeatedly gainsaid by the Lazarus-like quality of the relationship in the past but can the Anglo-American special relationship survive in the Obama environment? This article suggests it can and sets out the author's rather unfashionable argument in four parts: the weight of history; the canons of international-relations theory; the importance of considering interest and sentiment in explaining the special relationship's resilience; and a relativist argument that suggests the United States still really does have no better ally than the United Kingdom.

曹真是曹魏名将,《曹真碑》历来为世所重。本文据故宫博物院藏《曹真碑》初拓本补正了故宫藏《曹真碑》实物的部分阙文;又据碑文否定了《三国志·魏书·曹真传》裴注中一条谓曹真本姓秦的注释;并从曹丕临终委托曹真辅政的史实入手深入分析了曹丕与曹真特殊的政治关系及其形成过程。     

‘Wanderer,kommst du nach Pforta …’: the tension between Classical tradition and the demands of a Nazi elite-school education at Schulpforta and Ilfeld, 1934–45

This paper explores the tensions which arose when Schulpforta, Germany's leading humanistic boarding school, was forcibly turned into a Nazi elite school (a Nationalpolitische Erziehungsanstalt, or Napola). The time-honoured traditions of Christianity and enlightened humanism previously cultivated at the erstwhile Landesschule zur Pforta (alma mater of Fichte, Ranke and Nietzsche) were swiftly subordinated to the demands of National Socialist ideology. Schulpforta, a former monastic foundation, was radically dechristianised, and the school's Classical curriculum soon served only to emphasise those aspects of Greco-Roman Antiquity which could ‘help the Third Reich achieve its destiny’, portraying the Greeks and Romans as proto-National Socialists, pure Aryan ancestors of the modern German race. The Napola curriculum focused on sport and pre-military training over academic excellence, and contemporary documentary evidence, memoirs and newly obtained eyewitness testimony all suggest that the Napola administration wished to assimilate Pforta with any other Napola. This idea is borne out by comparing the case of Napola Ilfeld, a former Klosterschule (monastery school) with a similar history. By the mid-1940s, Ilfeld had lost almost all connection with its humanistic past. Ultimately, we can see the erosion and Nazification of these schools' Christian and humanistic traditions as exemplifying in microcosm tendencies which were prevalent throughout the Third Reich.     

乡村旅游发展与西部城镇化的互动关系初探

西部大开发,旅游业是重点,城镇化建设也是重点。乡村旅游是旅游业的新分支,也是西部旅游开发的重要方面。本文界定了乡村旅游的内涵,并在分析西部乡村旅游资源和西部城镇化进程的基础上,对乡村旅游发展与城镇化的关系进行了研究,认为乡村旅游的开展促进了西部城镇化的进程,而西部城镇化的进程又为发展乡村旅游开拓了空间,二者之间是作用与反作用的互动关系。为了保持性村旅游于西部城镇化良性关系的协调发展,作者提出了促进二者良性互动的建议。     

3S技术在遗址探查中的应用

常规遗址探查方法,普查难度大,影像上不能直接识别小型遗址.为此,应用3S技术(遥感技术(RS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS))在遗址探查中的作用和优势,提出了基于地物空间关系知识、多源信息复合探查的思路.应用结果以巢湖柘皋区为例,将该区遥感图像中提取的古河道信息层和数字化后的地形图上标注为独立物(其中包括已知、疑似遗址点)层叠合,在地理信息系统中总结已知遗址点的分布规律,筛选出疑似遗址点,并将其GPS定位信息与近期巢湖文物管理部门野外实测记录对比,提取的疑似遗址点中包含了普查记录的遗址.3s技术的应用表明,该方法可为考古普查工作节省大量时间、人力和物力.
