旅游消费者在线购买旅游产品的信任度、满意度及忠诚度研究

中国在线旅游市场方兴未艾,旅游消费者在线购买旅游产品的信任度、满意度及忠诚度已成为旅游业界和学界关注的重要课题。本文运用结构方程模型以考察对旅游消费者在线购买旅游产品信任度、满意度和忠诚度产生影响的因子以及各自的影响关系,其中,导航功能、安全感知、交易费用作为自变量,信任度和满意度作为中间变量,忠诚度作为因变量。通过社会调查收集数据并进行分析发现：导航功能、安全感知对信任度产生显著的正向影响;交易费用尽管对信任度并没有显著影响,但其通过中间变量满意度对信任度有间接影响;满意度对信任度产生显著的正向影响,而且两者都会对忠诚度产生显著的正向影响。     

青岛物流产业发展的空间竞争研究

物流是在网络信息技术支持之下,由运输、仓储、包装、装卸、加工和配送等环节所组成的,有形物品从产出源地到最终消费地的流动仓储活动。物流产业是推动地区经济发展的新型服务产业,是社会分工深化的结果。通过构建国际物流流程模型,探索港口城市国际物流的运作机制和一般规律;通过对三大港口城市进行港口-腹地关系的对比分析,揭示青岛物流产业发展所面临的国际和国内竞争;最后,结合青岛在区位、水深、腹地以及港口设施等方面的优势,提出青岛物流产业发展的方向及对策。     

中国新石器时代的人地关系及其特点

地理环境对中国新石器时代文化的影响作用表现为对文化发展历程的影响、对文化发展速度的影响、对文化特征的影响、对文化格局的影响、对中华文明早期发生发展的影响等5个方面,中国新石器时代先民对于自然环境的利用与改造体现在农业生产活动的开展、采集渔猎经济的存在、家畜饲养业的发展、对居住地的选择、因地制宜的居宅建筑、生产生活用具的制造、对原有生态系统的干预等7个方面。新石器时代的人地关系具有人对地依赖性强、地对人制约严格、相互作用极为直接等特点。     

改革开放以来中国城市化与经济社会发展关系研究

中国自改革开放以来,工业化实际上在走城乡二元发展的道路,城市化与工业化相伴生。消费需求的三次升级,一方面刺激了经济增长,使城市化的生活方式在城市和广大农村地区快速扩展,另一方面,也吸引了外资和技术的引进。浙江的民营企业加专业市场是中国自下而上城镇化的典范,江苏的集体经济加开发区建设是政府主导城市化发展的一种模式。本文重点探讨中国改革开放25年来城市化的主要动力机制变化及其对经济社会发展的影响,并进行浙江、江苏城市化实证分析。     

SIGNIFICANT GROUND MOTION PARAMETERS FOR EVALUATION OF THE SEISMIC PERFORMANCE OF SLENDER MASONRY TOWERS

The evaluation of seismic risk of masonry monuments requires to study the combination of vulnerability and hazard. In the present work, the global seismic response of slender masonry towers has been studied by means of a specific 3-D fibre model. Accounting for the particular behaviour of such structures, the hazard should also be described by a suitable measure of intensity of the seismic action. A variety of different parameters relating with the ground acceleration recordings have been investigated for what regards their correlation with the damage indicators of the model. The combination of the peak ground velocity of the horizontal component and of the significant duration is an effective measure of intensity. This measure can be improved by considering the accord of the frequency content of the ground motion with the dynamical characteristics of the tower. Since in some cases the effect of the vertical component proved to be important, a further improvement can be obtained by taking into account also the vertical ground motion intensity.     

A NON-PARAMETRIC APPROACH TO ATTENUATION RELATIONS

Abstract

A non-parametric multidimensional regression method is proposed for the prediction of seismic ground motion parameters. The main features which distinguish the method from standard regression procedures are: (1) The relationship between the input and output variables is not selected a priori by a prediction law, (2) an arbitrary number of input variables Can be taken into account, provided that an appropriate data base exists, and (3) the computational procedure is very simple. The results can be easily updated when new information becomes available. The method has been applied for the derivation of attenuation relations by using a combination of databases compiled by other researchers. In the majority of the cases discussed in this paper, the method was used for the prediction of horizontal peak ground acceleration as a function of magnitude and distance. In some cases, ground conditions were also taken into account. Some results on the attenuation relations of peak ground velocity and displacement, as well as Arias intensity, are also presented.     

Synge's “rich intensity” and its affinity with Keats

This paper re-evaluates J.M. Synge's connection with Romanticism by exploring his affinities with John Keats. It examines Synge's three plays, The Shadow of the Glen, The Playboy of the Western World, and Deirdre of the Sorrows, to suggest their strong parallels with Keats in both specific poems such as “The Eve of St. Agnes” and “Lamia” and in some central concerns, including the ambivalent attitude towards the tension between reality and fancy and the paradoxical stance on mortality. Both writers exemplify a kind of self-dividedness towards the opposing sides of contrarieties which gives rise to a “rich intensity” of their works. Their affinities call our attention to the tensions within Romanticism and the often-ignored current of scepticism running from Romanticism to post-Romanticism.
