未成年人群体人文素养之探析

本文针对未成年人群体的人文素养现状,分析其中原因,并就提高未成年人群体的人文素养提出几点对策与建议。     

旅游质量监督制度的改造

本文首先介绍旅游质量监督制度的发展历史以及与旅行社质量保证金制度之间的关系;进而着重分析现行的旅游质监制度存在的问题。如旅游质监机构法律地位欠缺、旅行社质量保证金制度存在缺陷、旅行社质量保证金赔偿规章严重滞后等,以说明改造旅游质监制度的必要性和迫切性。最后针对如何构建旅游质监制度提出具体的立法建议。     

西方道德地理研究述评——基于CiteSpace和人工检索的对比分析

利用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science数据库中道德地理相关文献进行共被引分析和关键词共现分析,对比人工检索和文献阅读的结果,对西方道德地理的研究进展进行系统梳理评述。研究结论：①对高中心性和高突现性文献的研究发现,关怀、伦理、道德、责任等关键词和远距离的关怀与责任、道德经济与道德消费、地方政治中的不平等与权利问题等三大研究主题构成了道德地理研究的一大理路,侧重阐释“道德的地理”;②早期道德地理著名学者Sack的系列论著并未能成为高引文献,原因一在于其理论的高度抽象和隐晦难解,二在于他试图建构普适的空间道德评判标准,因而很难被实证主义研究者们理解和追随,但他构建的“二元道德论”强调“地理的道德”,是道德地理研究的另一条理路,可以为评判地方道德提供了全面、明确而实用的标准,值得被后续研究发展和深化;③研究同时揭示：囿于数据库数据和技术手段的限制,单纯依靠文献分析软件的研究方式可能会出现偏差,高质量的人工检索阅读仍是文献研究的必然路径。     

中国城镇化质量研究现状与热点分析

运用CiteSpace可视化软件和计量可视化分析方法,对CNKI中（1999-2019年）收录的CSSCI期刊中有关“城镇化质量”的文献进行图谱分析,对近20年来城镇化质量研究领域的发文数量与研究机构及其合作关系、城镇化质量的研究热点进行了梳理。研究结果表明：①从发文数量来看,21世纪以来关于城镇化质量的研究成果不断丰富,文献数量不断增加,但是作者之间、研究机构之间的合作关系较弱;②有关城镇化质量的研究经历了缓慢发展阶段、迅速增长阶段以及平稳发展阶段;③研究热点主要集中在新型城镇化道路、城镇化发展的协调性、人口城镇化等方面。未来有关城镇化的研究将更加注重城镇化质量的提升,注重对新型城镇化高质量发展路径的研究。     

浅析编辑应具备的基本能力

21世纪人类社会的飞速发展,对编辑队伍的素质提出了新的更高的要求。根据新的时代特征,编辑人员应注重提高自己勤学苦读、不断积累丰富知识的能力;紧跟时代、勇于创新的能力;勤于笔耕、虚心向作者学习的能力。只有不断提高和超越自我,编辑人员才能适应时代发展的要求。     

Francis Hutcheson on Luxury and Intemperance: The Mandeville Threat

This paper looks at two figures in the modern, European, eighteenth-century debate on luxury. It claims to better understand the differences between Francis Hutcheson and Bernard Mandeville by exploring how Hutcheson treated the topic of luxury as a distinction between two desires, thus differing from Mandeville's concept of luxury, and a concept of temperance based on moral sense. It explores why Hutcheson believed that luxury was a moral, social and political issue and particularly why he considered Mandeville the embodiment of a threat that went beyond simple considerations of the content of The Fable of the Bees to touch on reflections on the equilibrium of a social and political system. It aims to show how the psychological and the moral dimension were connected to Hutcheson's political theory and how luxury was one of the key points of this connection.     

Legacy databases and GIS: a discussion of the issues illustrated by a case study of archaeological site data from southeast Alberta,Canada

Many institutions and agencies are currently faced with the issue of geographic information systems‐enabling legacy databases. The problems can be acute for data sets that have been compiled through many years, using different standards and levels of recording. To explore these issues further, we report on a data quality assessment undertaken in 2002 for a subset of the archaeological site database of the province of Alberta, Canada. Our work shows that positional ambiguities in the data set can be highlighted and corrected by relatively straightforward procedures. This case study also provides an indication of the amount of work effort that will be involved in validating or ‘cleaning up’ data sets so model results and analyses undertaken with them are more reliable.     

Introduction: Between Morality and Anthropology—Sociability in Enlightenment Thought

Summary

This introductory article sketches out the evolution of the concept of sociability in moral and political debates from Grotius to the German Romantics, so as to elucidate the range and scope of the contributions to this special issue. The article argues that the concept of sociability serves as a bridge between moral theory, domestic politics and international relations, just as it also connects the jurisprudential mode of enquiry to subsequent Enlightenment enquiries into political economy, aesthetics, individual and collective moral psychology, forms of government and philosophical history. Particular attention is paid to sociability's relationship to moral scepticism, and to its position between morality and anthropology. The article highlights the central role of Rousseau in radically reformulating the debate and in sparking new controversies up to the nineteenth century.     

Entry into working life: Internal migration and the job match quality of higher‐educated graduates

We estimate the impact of internal migration on job‐match quality for recent Dutch university and college graduates. We find positive yet modest wage returns. After controlling for the self‐selection of migrants with an IV approach, this effect is no longer significant for university graduates and all graduates from peripheral areas. We also find that, for our alternative job‐match measures, where there is evidence of migrant self‐selection, controlling for self‐selection strongly reduces the effect of internal migration on job‐match quality. In some cases, the returns on internal migration are found to be negative, which may signal forced migration.     

PRODUCING GEOGRAPHICAL KNOWLEDGE THROUGH VISUAL METHODS

The tradition of using qualitative interviews in the study of everyday life, place and identity in geography, housing studies and related disciplines is a long and sound one. Recently there has been increasing interest in using visual methods as part of qualitative methodological approaches. Through our own empirical work, this article explores one position in visual methodology, which suggests visual methods as a way of in a sense getting closer to the lived life. Drawing inspiration from qualitative methodology and performative perspectives in geography, this article argues that this position overlooks the ways in which the visual – here photography – can also be seen as performed. Based on the authors' experiences with visual methods in fieldwork in housing areas in greater Copenhagen, and using both informants' and researchers' photographic work, the article shows how a performative perspective on photography can be used in qualitative research in geography.
