齐侯壶新研

齐侯壶记载了齐侯越礼而为陈氏服丧的事情,其礼直比诸侯。这一记载有助于我们理解为何海阳嘴子前墓葬会使用七鼎殉葬。铭文中的"二天子",与楚简中的"二天子"相同,指舜之二妃,都与陈国祭祀有关。从陈与齐、陈与楚的关系入手,可以理清这一问题。     

山东日照首次发现春秋时期樊国铭文青铜器

今日照市春秋时属莒国领域。2008年3月日照市东港区首次发现春秋时期樊国铭文青铜器,这是继山东发现黄国太子伯克盆、陈国大丧史仲高钟铜器后的又一次新发现,为研究春秋时期莒国与樊国的关系提供了重要依据。     

殷墟出土铜质方形器功用考

本文从殷墟出土的铜质方形器的特征和形制方面,重新考证了铜质方形器的功用,认为是当时用于烧烤的"烤炉"。     

New Data on Egyptian Construction Methods in the Khufu I Vessel (c.2566 BC) from the Paul Lipke Collection

A review of the Lipke collection raises new questions concerning Egyptian boatbuilding methods for the Khufu I vessel, including the shaping of planking, the purpose, fitting, and spacing of cross‐grain mortise‐and‐tenon joints and the crafting and securing of hook‐scarfs in girders. New data supports the author's contention that the construction of this vessel was abruptly terminated, but contradicts his suggestion that the central girder had no hook‐scarf—it does, but it is unique. Furthermore, detailed plans show how the hood‐ends, sleeves, and papyriform decorations were crafted and joined. A planking‐plan with scale does not always agree with published data. © 2010 The Author
